Returns - 60 day Guarantee
Flor y Amor is passionate about the "power of the plants". We believe that plants don't get the respect they deserve and we are on a mission to change that.
There is no better way than to show the magic of plants than for you to experience the difference they make on your skin. That is why we stand proudly behind our 60 day "If you don't love it, return it guarantee."
Our return policy is that you have 60 calendar days from the day you receive your product, during which you must request a return.
The return request must be made to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your request, we will evaluate the return and if it is accepted, we will send you a receipt (label) of return shipment as well as instructions on the procedure to follow to return your package. We will not accept the return of those items for which the return has not been previously requested in the manner explained.

Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and solve the problem quickly for you.
No returns will be accepted on discounted items, special promotions and campaigns or gift cards.
For greater speed and security in your return you must send us the article to change, once received and accepted, you can make a new purchase of the desired item.
Once we have received the item, we will proceed to check the product and inform you if the return is accepted or not. If so, we will automatically refund the cost of the product to the original payment method. We remind you that your bank or credit card company needs some time to process and refund the amount, which may take a few days.
