    Soap: Massage into damp skin to create a lather then wash off.

    Shampoo/ Conditioner: Wet your hair and the shampoo/conditioner bar and rub the shampoo/conditioner bar over wet hair and scalp, creating a generous lather, rub this lather in and rinse.

    Lotion Bar: Massage into dry or damp skin after bathing for protective and nourishing moisturisation. It can be used as a massage bar and its helpful to calm the skin after being in the sun.
